FALLS MANAGEMENT COMPANY has built the largest commercial development in Canada, the Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort, with a total investment value of $1 billion. This is the largest provincial investment in the history of the Niagara Falls region. Falls Management Company is taking a vital role in the development of an economically viable, sustainable and renewable project.

Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort was financed, designed and built by Falls Management Company under agreement with the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation.

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLGC) is an operation enterprise of the Government of Ontario, responsible for province-wide lottery games, commercial and charitable casinos, and the operation and management of slot machine facilities at horse racing tracks.

Falls Management Company is a consortium of five firms which was selected by the Ontarion Lottery and Gaming Corporation to operate Casino Niagara; and to finance, design, build and operate Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort.

In its role of development and operation of the two premiere casino projects in Canada, Falls Management Company creates a prestigious, year-round tourist destinations offering a full range of amenities in addition to gaming activities. These facilities help to generate economic development, complement existing tourism infrastructure while aiding expansion of the existing tourist base to 20 million visitors annually and increasing the length of each tourist's stay and amount of spending.		  
   
 

REGIONAL BENEFITS

ECONOMY
The Niagara Falls region is one of the fastest growing urban areas in Canada right now, with a total of over $2 billion invested in more than 30 new projects including new tourist attractions, high-rise hotels and more. Projections anticipate $967.6 million annual revenue from the two casinos, much of it drawn from the U.S. The province of Ontario expects to net $320 million in annual revenues.

JOB CREATION
Falls Management Company is dedicated to improving the entire Niagara Falls region. Casino Niagara currently employs more than 3000 full-time staff and generates thousands more spin-off jobs in other areas. The Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort Project construction generated more than 5000 person-hours of employment, and the Casino Resort directly employs over 2,500 full-time staff and is expected to generate more than 12,000 spin-off jobs.

CULTURE
With many beneficial projects underway, including the Casino Niagara Cares project, the cultural benefits to the region are many. In addition to supporting local artisans and artists, over $3.5 million in donations to local hospital emergency rooms have been made to date.
