FALLS MANAGEMENT COMPANY has built the largest commercial development in Canada, the Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort, with a total investment value of $1 billion. This is the largest provincial investment in the history of the Niagara Falls region. Falls Management Company is taking a vital role in the development of an economically viable, sustainable and renewable project.

Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort was financed, designed and built by Falls Management Company under agreement with the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation.

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLGC) is an operation enterprise of the Government of Ontario, responsible for province-wide lottery games, commercial and charitable casinos, and the operation and management of slot machine facilities at horse racing tracks.

Falls Management Company is a consortium of five firms which was selected by the Ontarion Lottery and Gaming Corporation to operate Casino Niagara; and to finance, design, build and operate Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort.

In its role of development and operation of the two premiere casino projects in Canada, Falls Management Company hopes to create prestigious, year-round tourist destinations offering a full range of amenities in addition to gaming activities. These facilities are helping to generate economic development, complementing existing tourism infrastructure while aiding expansion of the existing tourist base to 20 million visitors annually and increasing the length of each tourist's stay and amount of spending.
