Falls Management Company :: Corporate Shareholding

Ownership of Falls Management Company consists of the following five shareholders, who together are experienced in developing, operating and managing significant real estate properties and casinos:

NIAGARA CASINO GROUP L.P.
A wholly owned subsidiary of H Group Holding, which is the parent company of the Hyatt Group of consolidated companies. H Group has interests in hotels, cruise ships, gaming facilities, real estate and management of public assembly facilities. The Hyatt Group of Companies is privately owned by the Pritzker family of Chicago , and operates 123 hotels in North America and 81 hotels and resorts in 38 countries. Hyatt operates nine casinos and is a joint venture partner with Mandalay Resort Group in a tenth casino.

HIGHLAND GAMING INC.
Controlled by Neil Bluhm, co-founder and president of JMB Realty Corporation, a large real estate investment firm based in Chicago. JMB has significant real estate assets including hotels, apartments and office buildings. Mr. Bluhm is also the senior principal of Walton Street Capital, which has over $1 billion of equity capital invested in real estate in North America.

SHIPLAKE GAMING CORPORATION
Owned by Toronto's Latner family, established real estate developers and owners of apartments and office buildings. Their holding company has significant investments in Greenwin Property Management Inc., the largest residential property management firm in Canada; the VISTA Cargo Centre, one of Canada 's largest air cargo warehouse facilities.

OLYMPIC V INC.
Controlled by Paul L. Snyder. Mr. Snyder's business interests include ownership of various commercial and industrial real estate properties, Sunpark, Inc., one of the largest airport parking companies in the United States; hospitality properties include the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Buffalo, New York, conference centers in Java Center, New York and Buffalo, New York, he formerly owned the Six Flags/Darien Lake Theme Park, Darien, New York and was the owner of the National Basketball Association franchise in Buffalo, New York. Also, Mr. Snyder was the largest single stockbroker of Nabisco Foods, Inc.

Owned by Andrzej Kepinski, Richard Boxer and Hubregsen, Bennett Equity Partners L.P. Boxer and Kepinski were involved from the outset of the project, as the original founding members of the development team, and the catalyst that brought together the entire team for the Niagara Falls Casino / Gateway Project.
