FALLS MANAGEMENT COMPANY is the largest private employer in the Niagara Falls region. Casino Niagara currently employs more than 3,800 full-time staff, 95% of whom are local residents, and has an annual payroll of over $165 million. The Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort Project construction generated more than 5000 person-hours of employment, with a peak workforce on-site of 1,500 workers. 975 of these workers were local residents, making up 65% of the total peak workforce.

The new Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort directly employs over 2,500 additional full-time staff and is expected to generate more than 12,000 spin-off jobs in addition to the thousands of peripheral jobs already generated by Casino Niagara. Tourism in the Niagara Region provides nearly 44,000 jobs.
